Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — no reason needed. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days by emailing hello@tribal-afer.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

2. Returning Items

Once we have confirmed your return request, you must send the item(s) back within 14 days. Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process a refund within 14 days using your original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct a reduction in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to assess them.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days at hello@tribal-afer.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. Exceptions

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalised or custom orders
  • Items marked as final sale
