These terms govern your use of the Tribal Āfer website and any purchase made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Tribal Āfer is a registered business in England and Wales.
2. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual product appearance may vary slightly. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are processed through Square, our secure payment partner. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Please see our Returns Policy for full details. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling off period from the date you receive your order.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Tribal Āfer and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
